Hello, and thanks for visiting!
We’re Cub Scout Pack 3807, right in the heart of Baltimore City. Our Pack was founded in 2013 by long-time Scouting volunteer Dave Bobart, and we’ve been growing adventures ever since!
Our home base is First English Evangelical Lutheran Church at 3807 N. Charles Street, just off the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus. Our Scouts come from neighborhoods across Baltimore, including Charles Village, Waverly, Guilford, Roland Park, Reservoir Hill, Bolton Hill, and beyond. They attend schools such as Waverly, Roland Park, The Greenmount School, Mount Royal Academy, The Park School, and many more.
Our Pack is for Every Scout
Pack 3807 is open to all children from Kindergarten (Lion Cubs) through 5th Grade (Webelos).
We welcome both girls and boys, and we are a safe, inclusive community for all families—regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or physical ability.
Scouting is About Adventure
We typically meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month during the school year. Together, we:
-
Earn adventure belt loops on the path to rank badges
-
Explore the outdoors
-
Build, invent, and create using tools
-
Perform skits and plays
-
Take exciting field trips
Every adventure is designed to be fun, age-appropriate, and accessible to all Scouts.
We’re a Team
In Pack 3807, no one gets left behind. Scouts work together in their dens, support one another, and celebrate achievements as a group. There are no winners or losers—everyone grows and advances together.
